The two-day International 'School Leaders' Conference organized by NISA concludes

The two-day International 'School Leaders' Conference, being held at Hotel Park Plaza, Zirakpur, under the aegis of Federation of Private Schools, Haryana and NISA concluded with great pomp and show. A large number of people from the country and abroad participated in this conference.
NISA President Kulbhushan Sharma said that on the concluding day, all the school leaders resolved to not to leave any stone unturned to make the country's education policy successful and to provide quality education to the children of the state and will improve the shortcomings of their schools by working on the quality charter of Nisha, so that the new National Education Policy could be made successful in collaboration with the government and the country.
He said that discussion on 100 model schools was held during the conference. Hundreds of schools showed interest in 100 model schools and said that we all want to transform their schools into model schools. Kulbhushan Sharma said that now a meeting will be held with all the schools and they will be given information of the format of 100 model schools. Following which selection criteria will be drafted and the schools which will fulfill the eligibility criteria will be made a part of 100 model schools. After this, discussion will be held with many more NGOs and companies to elevate their quality. This model will commence from next year.
He said that this scheme will be provided only to schools and after that this program will run for 3 years. In this, first of all the schools will be assessed and the assessment will be done every year. He said that a monitoring team will also be formed for them, which will monitor and support the school directors to make it successful from time to time. He assured the school directors that within 3 years their schools will be made better and the standard will be elevated, which will prove to be an example before the whole country and show new direction in the field of education.
At the end of the conference, the school directors expressed their full confidence in NISA and its President Kulbhushan Sharma adding that they were ready to work with NISA and work for the improvement of these 100 schools.
